Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. When you reserve time with us, that time is exclusively dedicated to you and your experience. We kindly request the following notice periods for any changes, with special attention to high demand weekend appointments: Weekday (Monday-Thursday) - 24 Hours or More - Full Refund/ Credit: your service reservation fee will be fully refunded or held as a credit for a future booking, per your preference. Weekend (Friday-Sunday) - 48 hours or More - Full Refund/ Credit: Your service reservation fee will be fully refunded or held as a credit for a future booking, per your preference. Holiday Period (See Definition Below) - 72 Hours or More - Your Service Reservation Fee will be fully refunded or held as a credit for a future booking, per your preference. Late Cancellation & Forfeiture - Late Cancellation: ANY Cancellation or Rescheduling made AFTER the specified minimum notice for your appointment type will result in the forfeiture (loss) of your service reservation fee (Retainer). - No-Show: Failure to arrive for your scheduled service without any notice will also result in the forfeiture of the Service Reservation Fee to cover the lost appointment and operational costs. We regret that we will be unable to schedule another appointment until this forfeiture is resolved. Holiday Period Definition For the purpose of this policy, "Holiday Period" includes the following dates and surrounding days, where demand for appointments is at its peak: - New Years Eve & New Years Day (Dec 31, Jan 1) - Valentine's Day (February 14) - Mother's Day weekend - Memorial Day weekend - Fourth of July (or surrounding weekend) - Labor Day weekend - Thanksgiving Week (Wednesday through Sunday) - Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24, December 25) Note on Punctuality: If you arrive late, your service time may be adjusted to avoid delaying the next client. You will still be responsible for the full original cost of the service, and the Service Reservation Fee policy applies.
